Our Sunburst Cupboard is handcarved and manufactured in India from solid mango wood. With two doors and three sections separated by two internal shelves it is exquisitely handcarved with delicate sunburst details. This beautiful cupboard provides lots of storage for clothes and accessories and makes a unique show-stopping statement in your bedroom. You can also use it in your kitchen as a pantry or your sitting room as storage for all your books and DVDs.

This cabinet is hand painted in any of our six Lisa Comfort Home paint colours.

Your furniture will be hand painted to order by our in-house artist, Ada. We aim to paint your furniture within a week of receiving your order but sometimes, particularly during our busy periods, this may take up to 3 weeks.

We also offer a distressed option for all our hand painted furniture. To create the distressed look we sand the edges of your piece to give it a lovely hand-worn look which enhances the delicate carving.

Lisa says: “love the compact size of the Sunburst Cupboard. It is perfect for my bedroom and also for a child’s room – Jasmine loves hers.”

Measurements  - Height 157cm x width 76cm x depth 41cm

Materials - Our Sunburst Collection is made from mango wood grown in the Haryana region of India, produced as a byproduct of the mango food industry. Trees are harvested for timber when they no longer produce fruit. Mango is a strong densely grained hardwood, which can stand a lot of wear and tear but is soft enough to carve into intricate patterns. It is more affordable than many other hardwoods and, importantly, completely sustainable.
